RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Blue Chord Racing, every item we sell is custom-made to order. This means that when you place an order, the item is printed specifically for you. We do not hold inventory in a warehouse.

Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," wrong size selection, or preference changes.

Please review the policy details below to understand how your purchase is protected in the event of manufacturing errors.

1. ALL SALES FINAL

By placing an order with Blue Chord Racing, you acknowledge that the item is being made specifically for you. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Wrong Size: Please verify your size against the size charts provided on the product page before purchasing.

  • Buyer's Remorse: We do not refund orders because a customer changed their mind after the order was sent to production.

  • Shipping Delays: While we work with reliable carriers, we cannot issue refunds for shipping carrier delays that are outside of our control.

2. DAMAGES AND MANUFACTURING ERRORS

We stand behind the quality of our gear. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To Start a Claim:

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon reception.

  2. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  3. Email us at [brad.boyer@bluechordracing.com] with:

    • Your Order Number.

    • A clear photo of the damage/defect.

    • A description of the issue.

Once we verify the error with our printing partner, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost. You generally do not need to return the damaged item.

3. CANCELLATIONS

Our order processing is automated to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is sent to our printing partner (usually within 1-2 hours of purchase), it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.

4. WRONG ADDRESS / RETURNED TO SENDER

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.

  • If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or the customer failed to claim the package, we are not responsible for re-shipping costs.

  • The customer will be required to pay a re-shipping fee to have the item sent out again.

5. CHARGEBACKS

We take fraud and unauthorized chargebacks seriously. By purchasing from this site, you agree to this "All Sales Final" policy. Attempting to file a chargeback for a non-defective item in violation of this policy will result in the customer being blacklisted from future purchases and the dispute will be contested with evidence of this agreed-upon policy.
